Decorating For Christmas

Ever since the day after Thanksgiving, I have been impatiently waiting to decorate for Christmas. I grew up decorating the day after Thanksgiving, but now I have to wait for whenever Josh has a day off work.
Yesterday was the day! He went and dug out the Christmas tubs from the garage and we spent all afternoon hanging lights, garland, setting up my Christmas village, and moving some furniture around to make room for our Christmas tree.
It was a big task for me, and by the end of the day I was tired!
As I was taking things off the walls, I noticed that my "nesting phase" has hit, and really strong. I was thinking that after Christmas when everything is put back into the tubs, how a I could redecorate. I was enjoying the thought quite well until I went out to the garage to put the tubs away. That's when it really hit. You see, our garage is well filled. We have quite a bit of "stuff" in there. I haven't been out to the garage for awhile, so when I opened the door I was shocked that there was no room to even walk to put the tubs back. Since I couldn't climb over the stuff and carry the tubs, I had to just shove them in and close the door behind me. I wasn't to fond of the idea. I am wanting to clean the garage out now, and just throw things away that we aren't using any longer away. I feel like it needs to be done now, and I know that it doesn't....it's just my "nesting phase". I am hoping though, that it will be taken care of soon.
So with the garage, redecorating, and getting things ready for when the baby comes on my mind, I am really anxious, and not in a good way.
Hopefully Josh understands.
But at least I got to decorate for Christmas!
