Today was our church's Block Party. We hold it the Saturday before VBS as a kick off for the week long event.
This year was slightly different then the past few years. We did not have the inflatable toys like the Bounce House, for instance due to saftey reasons.
But since this years VBS is a country theme, we had a country themed block party.
For instance we had....

some chickens and turkeys

I didnt realize what a big event your block party was, where was it held? Lots and lots of work went in on that. Looking at the pictures made me want to be there, that looked like lots of fun!!
I am going to have to get those pictures from you. I don't have any of those things. They turned out great!
