An Afternoon at the Fair

Today Mom, J.D. and myself went to the fair. We were hoping that J.D. could go on some rides, but you have to be at least 2 years. So instead we walked around the animal barns.

A very thirsty duck

A funny looking chicken. It looks like a feather duster with a head.

If we ever had chickens, I would like to have this kind

A Josh chicken

Mom thought this rabbit looked like Aaron

Josh's favorite type of cow

Not Jersey's ( my favorite) but these calves are pretty

J.D. and a sheep

a family of pigmy goats

J.D. and grandma with a horse

Out of all the larger animals, J.D. seemed to like the sheep the best...that is until they started talking to him!

Cute pictures! We used to have chickens that looked like the third one down, the one you liked. I miss having chickens and geese and goats and ducks. Mostly I miss my little man sweet Knees!!!! Truly I love so much playing with him.

Those were some freaky chickens, weren't they? I would like to have chickens some day.
