This years Relay for Life was in honor of two very brave women: Lori Flach and Gail Seymour. Both are fighting the same cancer, to a certain extent. Both of them are setting such a good example to the everyone who is not fighting cancer, that we should not complain about the "little things" in life...that there is someone out there who is having a harder time, who needs love and support and encouragement.
This year there was a celebrity of sorts. He was a judge for the chili cook off, and afterwards he stayed for a meet and greet. Mike Pihl from Ax Men was there.

Captive for the Cure had a dungeon where you could pay to have someone arrested ($1 per minute). The Guard and his escort would find who they were to arrest and take you prisoner, and one in the dungeon they locked you up with a ball and chain.
John Murphy was also put in the dungeon by Jimmy for two minutes, and I believe he was also broadcasted on tv.

There were some new booths around and thanks to Uncle Jimmy pointing one out in particular, our team had a lot of fun! This next picture shows off the first victim.....Katie done in by her dad, Jimmy.

Finally after 5 o'clock Josh came by. I had been waiting for my opportunity all day long! I slipped Jimmy $5 and told him to go put Josh's name in for the dungeon. We had to wait awhile because they had a prisoner in the dungeon for 18 minutes. But finally they came. Lynn got it on video.

But, paybacks come back at a price. Josh had me arrested and in the dungeon for 20 minutes, setting the new record. AND he did it at the time Mr. Relay was getting started. BUT from my seat in the dungeon I had a good view of the Mr. Relay contestants walking by. So it wasn't all that bad.
