Lily Marie

I finally had some time to pick out some pictures from the past few days. Things have been pretty busy here, but we are all adjusting well, including J.D. In fact he was brave enough to touch her head today. He has learned that when she cries, if she has a binky in her mouth she stays pretty quiet, so he makes sure that she has a binky.

Josh is planning on going back to work tomorrow, so we shall see how I fare on my own. He has been a tremendous help to me ever since Lily arrived. He gets up in the middle of the night, changes diapers (both kids') and helps with the feedings. I am so thankful for his help!

Getting ready to go home

We were released from the hospital Sunday afternoon. It was so good to be back home and sleep in our own bed! Not to mention doing things the way we want, not what is "recommended".

Lily is a great sleeper so I am able to get house work done and spend some time with J.D.

She is also sleeping at night with her occasional night time feedings.

Denise, Sheryl and Elijah came to visit us. Sheryl brought Elijah to play with J.D.

The two boys had so much fun playing together. They ended up moving all of J.D.'s room into our living room, so there was hardly any floor space, in fact I think that you couldn't see hardly any carpet. But at least they had a great time together! I know that J.D. really enjoyed the visit.
