Tonight we had potato dumplings...a favorite of ours. Josh wanted a lot, so I told him that as long as he peeled them, we would make them. Well, he peeled ten pounds worth. We had six batches with LOTS of leftovers. Enough for ourselves, dad, mom and Aaron, Sandi, and Jim, Lynn, Peter and Katie.
